GRANT DETAILS & APPLICATION

Paws 4 Blue K-9 is here to help provide funds for active Police K9s and Retired Police K9s all across the country. Grant application information is as follows:

  1. Grants can be limited due to funds available.

  2. Funds will be distributed on a priority basis

  3. Paws 4 Blue K-9 reserves the right to make changes to grant distribution at anytime.

    Nature of request:

  4. Emergency Medical Expense 1st priority

  5. Essential equipment needed 2nd priority

  6. Training 3rd priority

Paws 4 Blue K-9 reserves the right to make changes to grant distribution at anytime. Grants will be evaluated based on the priority of the request with Emergency Medical Assistance being prioritized first. K9’s Must Be actively working in the United States with a Law Enforcement Agency to receive a grant for Emergency Medical Assistance, Essential Equipment and Training or retired from a Law Enforcement Agency for Emergency Medical Assistance grants. All applications will be reviewed carefully by the review panel. Please allow up to 14 days to be notified via email with the status of your application. An application does not guarantee disbursement of funds for Emergency Medical Assistance, Essential Equipment or Training. Grants are given as funds become available. We are a newly formed organization (2023) and are doing everything possible to help K9s receive the funds they desperately need. You can help by spreading the word about our organization.

If funds are not readily available and you have been awarded a grant, we will put you on a wait list.

This application is for Active Police K9s that do not have an allocated budget within their agency and for Retired Police K9s.
